this is one of those bands i picked out of a hat, so to speak. i like the fun they are having with the covers, originals and the crowd. not a bad listen, i'd definitely stop in for a few beers if i saw their name on a marquee or sandwich board outside a bar somewhere.

The music is good, the arrangements are clever, but the lead singer's voice is annoying. Their humor is also pretty infantile- the song "warm my weener" is painfully stupid.

this is okay, i couldnt even hear a song with mouth fluegal, but i dont know i might be wrong. really fun southern

the name of the band makes no qualms about it ... this is a jug band, plain and simple. Very 'southern' ... there is a washboard, a jug, harmonica, mandolin, banjo, all those goodies. The soundboard recording is alright but some instruments aren't miced well and come through and 'dim' and 'quiet' on the recording. This is my first exposure to the band and genre, and it is a fun time, it seems. I really really did like the Ice Cube cover that ends the show 'It was a good day' since it is rap country style ... and yes, he's blowing over the top of a freakin jug ... i'm sure it was a novelty sized one with three XXX's on it. Fun stuff!

like the jug.....i am familiar with much of your repetoire....everything was fine until the mouth noises-----yuck----ruins the authenticism of the "jug band" sound you guys are goin for...guitar needs to get closer to the mic and not play so hard---your jug player is the BOMB....plays in tune too!!

Good sound, but the lead's voice is too prevelent, not sure if it's the right tone. I do like the harp though. Try to copy Keller, but didn't come close with the mouth horns. Sorry!
